Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a meticulous Technical Product Analyst to endorse our manufacturing technology projects for a premier medical device manufacturer. In this role, you will be tasked with converting business needs into actionable user stories, conducting data analyses to inform product decisions, and guaranteeing the effective execution of manufacturing technology solutions.
As our Technical Product Analyst, you will collaborate directly with global stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze manufacturing data, and aid in the deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and low-code development platforms.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a comparable position within manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- A robust background in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Preferably experienced with manufacturing operations, quality systems, or industrial technology.
- Proficient in JIRA for forming user stories, managing backlogs, and tracking project advancements.
- Strong capabilities in Confluence for documentation creation, process mapping, and collaborative content generation.
- Familiarity with Mendix, with insights into low-code application development and its platform capabilities.
- Knowledge of Siemens Opcenter, CamStar, or similar MES tools, including insight into Manufacturing Execution Systems and shop floor activities.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA or other enterprise resource planning systems related to manufacturing modules.
- Basic comprehension of Figma for UI/UX design principles and prototyping instruments.
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Experience with IBM Maximo regarding asset management and maintenance systems.
- Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages for advanced data analysis tasks.

Responsibilities
- Partner with global stakeholders, such as MedTech LCAP team members, site stakeholders (including quality, IT leads, and subject matter experts), and development teams, to collect requirements and ensure alignment.
- Generate detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria driven by stakeholder input and business requirements to influence development priorities.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to decipher manufacturing processes, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and document functional specifications.
- Analyze manufacturing data to spot trends and patterns, creating data visualizations and reports to assist in decision-making.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with subject matter experts across various manufacturing sites to consolidate ideas and relay requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog alongside Technical Product Owners while engaging in story refinement and sprint planning sessions.
- Assist with system integration testing and user acceptance testing efforts to verify that solutions fulfill business requirements and validate correct implementation.
- Track key performance indicators and offer insights into manufacturing efficiency, supporting root cause analysis for system performance issues.
- Compose and uphold thorough documentation, including process flows, system specifications, and user guides to facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Share analysis findings and recommendations with stakeholders at different organizational levels and aid in training and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Description
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and within agile development settings is valued, as is familiarity with manufacturing quality standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Additional certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Product Management, as well as experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI), would be advantageous. This position offers a pay range of $50.00 - $60.00 per hour, with anticipated hours of 40 per week. We provide benefits, including dental, health, and vision insurance.
