- I have 8+ years of experience in software development or enterprise application engineering.
- I possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- I have a strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Functions, and custom connectors.
- I am experienced with CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Power Platform, and DevOps tools.
- I am familiar with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, C#, or TypeScript is a plus.
- I exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- I will design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- I will automate complex workflows and business processes utilizing Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- I will build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- I will integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
- I will ensure that solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable, adhering to healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- I will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver user-centric solutions.
- I will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to junior developers and citizen developers.
- I will monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- I will stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and industry trends to foster innovation.

I am seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer to become part of our enterprise technology team at a leading Fortune 100 health insurance provider. In this position, I will be key in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) to facilitate digital transformation across our organization. I will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, enhance data insights, and boost operational efficiency within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
