Responsibilities
- In this position, I expect you to manage and resolve incoming phone tickets as the first point of contact for our customers.
- You will be using ServiceNow to access and update knowledge-based articles.
- Your goal will be to provide precise and timely solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- For complex problems, you will need to escalate them to higher-tier support when required.
- It is also important to maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless support experience will be part of your daily responsibilities.
Description
We are a company located in Harrisburg, PA, seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Tier 1 Support Operator to join our team on a contract or contract-to-hire basis. This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring an eight-hour shift from Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of up to $15.00 per hour. We encourage people with a criminal record to apply.
