Endpoint Specialist

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) or comparable experience. - Over 6 years of experience in desktop or end-user systems engineering and administration, preferably in a large enterprise environment with 30,000+ endpoints. - Familiarity with IT security and compliance best practices. - Experience with the Nexthink platform - skilled in configuring, monitoring, and automating Nexthink to optimize digital employee experience (DEX). Experience with Microsoft Analytics, Riverbed Aternity, and ControlUp One will also be considered. - Proficient in scripting and automation utilizing tools such as Ansible, Bash, NQL, PowerShell, Python, or other automation technologies to enhance workflows and system productivity. - Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and endpoint management, with a strong focus on system performance monitoring, security compliance, and cloud technologies (such as Azure and AWS). - Proficient in incident prevention and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement preventive measures to reduce disruptions. - Knowledge of network and security, including enterprise security policies, endpoint protection, and IT compliance standards. - Extensive experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Jamf, Active Directory, and M365. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with personnel at all levels and with external vendors as needed. - Proven interpersonal skills for productive collaboration with Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application, and Leadership teams. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
