Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) or comparable experience.
- Over 6 years of experience in desktop or end-user systems engineering and administration, preferably in a large enterprise environment with 30,000+ endpoints.
- Familiarity with IT security and compliance best practices.
- Experience with the Nexthink platform - skilled in configuring, monitoring, and automating Nexthink to optimize digital employee experience (DEX). Experience with Microsoft Analytics, Riverbed Aternity, and ControlUp One will also be considered.
- Proficient in scripting and automation utilizing tools such as Ansible, Bash, NQL, PowerShell, Python, or other automation technologies to enhance workflows and system productivity.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and endpoint management, with a strong focus on system performance monitoring, security compliance, and cloud technologies (such as Azure and AWS).
- Proficient in incident prevention and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement preventive measures to reduce disruptions.
- Knowledge of network and security, including enterprise security policies, endpoint protection, and IT compliance standards.
- Extensive experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Jamf, Active Directory, and M365.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with personnel at all levels and with external vendors as needed.
- Proven interpersonal skills for productive collaboration with Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application, and Leadership teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Leading the comprehensive administration, configuration, and optimization of the Nexthink platform in line with our enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation objectives.
- Designing and implementing automation workflows to improve operational efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and proactively identify and address user experience issues.
- Collaborating with teams across IT Operations, Cybersecurity, End-User Computing, and Software Governance to ensure the cohesive integration and alignment of Nexthink capabilities.
- Providing expert advice on using Nexthink to monitor, analyze, and enhance the digital employee experience across the organization.
- Translating complex data insights into straightforward, actionable recommendations that support business goals, foster innovation, and enhance service delivery.
- Continuously exploring new use cases and advanced features in Nexthink to promote data-driven decision-making and proactive IT service management.
- Delivering hands-on training, documentation, and support to IT and engineering teams to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies, ITSM trends, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance current processes and introduce innovative solutions.

This is a contract position with an hourly pay range of $65.00 - $70.00, and the expected work hours are 40 per week, with benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance. This position is remote.
