DevOps Specialist

In this position, you will drive operational excellence in areas such as Incident Management, process automation using AI, and ensuring seamless deployments for our technology products and platform features. You will provide analytical support and troubleshooting for application-related challenges while working closely with product stakeholders and technology product teams to fully understand the business domain. Your recommendations will focus on implementing the most efficient and cost-effective solutions, leveraging reusable features whenever possible. You will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and communicating upstream and downstream dependencies that support your assigned development areas. You'll assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories along with associated deliverables like process flows and test cases to meet the needs of development and stakeholders. Writing acceptance criteria and ensuring they are met during product demonstrations will also be part of your duties. Active participation in agile ceremonies (such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos) is expected, where you will represent the needs and perspectives of your assigned development areas. You may act as a proxy Product Manager or Scrum Master when required and will have the ability to serve as a DevOps Analyst for multiple technology product lines or platform feature teams. Additionally, you will configure, develop (scripts, queries, reports), test, troubleshoot (system and application log interrogation), evaluate performance, and support (monitoring and impact remediation). Collaboration with development teams to integrate new features and enhancements is key, along with ensuring that security and compliance standards are maintained throughout the development and deployment process. You will lead the team in conducting regular system audits and implementing the necessary updates and patches.
