Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- I have over 5 years of experience in SPM architecture and data integration, with a successful record of implementations, particularly with Captivate IQ.
- I possess a strong understanding of commissions and compensation plans, and I can analyze and enhance these processes effectively.
- I demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the implementation of Captivate IQ, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and adheres to project timelines.
- I will configure and customize Captivate IQ to address the specific needs of our organization, focusing on SPM architecture and effective data integration.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize commissions and compensation plans, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- I will conduct thorough testing and validation of the Captivate IQ system to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- I will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system and promptly addressing any issues.
Description
I am offering a contract position as a Captivate IQ Architect with one opening available. This role is remote with travel up to 25%. The expected start date is October 22, 2025, and the end date is April 30, 2026. In addition to a competitive pay range of $80.00 - $90.00 per hour for approximately 40 hours a week, I provide several benefits, including dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
