Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance
- Practical experience troubleshooting computers, peripherals, and headsets
- Comfortable working onsite in an office setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems or internal business software
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and record maintenance
- Excellent communication with non-technical users
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple requests
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for office personnel
- Troubleshoot and maintain headsets and office phone equipment
- Resolve issues with Dell computers, monitors, docks, and peripherals
- Address internet and basic connectivity challenges
- Support and maintain the companys CRM system
- Manage user access and permissions
- Conduct basic updates and organization of data
- Troubleshoot common technical problems
- Execute data entry and data maintenance tasks
- Upload documents and validate records
- Assist with website troubleshooting and coordinate fixes
- Support internal tools and basic software applications
- Help with administrative and technology-related duties as required
