Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years of full-stack development experience (or similar hands-on projects)
- Proficient in JavaScript (React, Vue, or equivalent frameworks preferred)
- Back-end development skills with Node.js, PHP, or Python
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Understanding of fundamental security best practices
- Capability to work independently in an office setting
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain web applications (both front-end and back-end)
- Construct and enhance internal tools for sales, underwriting, and CRM processes
- Enhance website functionality, performance, and security measures
- Integrate external tools and APIs (such as CRM, forms, payment systems, etc.)
- Maintain and optimize databases and server-side logic
- Resolve bugs and improve existing systems
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to integrate new features
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability in all projects

We specialize in Merchant Cash Advances, Lines of Credit, Term Loans, Equipment Financing, and SBA Loans. As we expand, our focus is on enhancing our internal technology, automation, and digital platforms. We offer a full-time salary for a role that allows you to work only 32 hours a week with long weekends every week (Fridays off), along with opportunities for direct collaboration with leadership and the chance to develop our systems from the ground up.
