Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years in software development, with at least 3 years specializing in cloud technologies
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for SCI
- Experience and familiarity with the SAFe Agile framework
- Strong knowledge of cloud security protocols in government sectors
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS
- Implement automation of cloud resources while adhering to DevSecOps best practices
- Evaluate applications and propose strategies for migration to cloud platforms
- Develop strategies to enhance failure/recovery processes and optimize costs for cloud services
- Create and deploy cloud applications while migrating existing on-premise applications to the cloud
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructures and manage policies regarding the use of cloud services
- Establish secure cloud environments ensuring optimal availability and uptime
- Work independently to design and create new software products specifically for cloud environments
- Improve existing cloud software focusing on performance and scalability
- Engage in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) initiatives
- Support operations within a multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret)
- Collaborate effectively with infrastructure and development teams to guarantee seamless integration
