Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in developing web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
- Proficiency in crafting scalable web solutions, managing both back-end (Java) and front-end (React) components
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce development, including Lightning Components, Apex, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong grasp of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and web security essentials
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) or equivalent cloud certifications preferred
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of additional modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as Redux is a plus
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum workflows is advantageous
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain web applications with a focus on innovation and market needs
- Engage closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to create web solutions that enhance user satisfaction
- Oversee and deploy web applications on major cloud service platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Integrate applications with Salesforce, utilizing APIs and Salesforce development tools for effective functionality
- Uphold high standards of software quality through code reviews, rigorous unit testing, and adherence to best engineering practices
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for cloud-based environments
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues throughout the application stack
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies in Java, React, cloud computing, and Salesforce, implementing relevant advancements
- Document technical designs and development processes for knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance
- Complete other tasks as assigned
- Ensure regular attendance and engage in a culture of diversity and inclusion aligned with our core values
