Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for at least 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a similar role.

- We require dependable transportation for travel to our office and client locations.
- We expect candidates to live in or near Eldridge, IA.
- We offer a hybrid work arrangement with regular commuting and on-site support as needed.
Responsibilities
- We provide technical support to customers using point of sale systems, payment platforms, and other products we support.
- We install, set up, and maintain POS systems and payment solutions at client sites.
- We troubleshoot basic IT issues, including network problems, hardware concerns, and connectivity failures.
- We respond to customer requests by phone and email while meeting service-level expectations.
- We train restaurant staff on the system features they need for their day-to-day work.
- We help manage third-party integrations and explain related costs when needed.
- We stay current on software releases, hardware needs, and industry developments.
- We create a polished, professional experience for customers in every interaction.
- We develop deep product knowledge and become a Product Owner for one or more of the solutions we support.
Description
We are Bravo!, a white-labeled outsourced support team focused on helping customers use point of sale systems, payment solutions, and related products in fast-paced environments. This is a full-time, hybrid role based around our Eldridge, IA office, with regular commuting and on-site client visits in the Eldridge area as needed. The schedule includes 40 hours per week, one weekend shift, and one overnight on-call shift each week.
