- Implement, manage, optimize, and maintain AKAMAI content delivery network solutions for various applications - Configure and monitor AKAMAI tools to ensure optimal functionality - Address performance issues and troubleshoot any infrastructure challenges - Oversee caching mechanisms and ensure the security of content delivered - Monitor and assess security alerts and vulnerability reports, prioritizing and validating vulnerabilities for prompt remediation - Organize and manage third-party penetration tests and vulnerability assessments, effectively addressing findings - Collaborate across teams for architectural and code reviews, providing actionable recommendations to boost application security - Create and maintain application threat models for proactive risk management and enhancements to security posture - Assist internal teams with vulnerability remediation using standard industry tools - Support incident response functions for swift identification, containment, and resolution of application security incidents - Stay updated on current security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices within the industry and translate insights into actionable guidance - Offer expertise in risk management, compliance audits, and client discussions to improve overall security posture - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
