Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in content design, content strategy, UX writing, or copywriting
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing digital products
- Proficiency in crafting various types of content across user interfaces, ecommerce platforms, and transactional experiences
- Familiarity with the AP Style Guide and WCAG 2.1 standards, with attention to detail in proofreading
- Ability to adhere to and apply editorial and tone standards
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work that you are eager to share
- Strong grasp of human-centered design principles and agile methodologies
- Experience utilizing SEO best practices along with analytical data to guide content decisions
- Knowledge of standard content management systems
- Background in proofreading or editing
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and user-focused content across multiple platforms including websites, applications, emails, and alerts
- Ensure content maintains consistency across our digital products while adhering to established style, brand, and tone guidelines
- Collaborate with a diverse team of product designers to create engaging narratives that assist users in achieving their goals
- Develop content throughout the entire process, from initial ideas to final delivery, including value propositions and specifications
- Quickly assimilate content, design, and business requirements to inform your work
- Proactively address writing and revision tasks until all stakeholders are content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing details and stakeholder expectations
- Effectively interact with various team members including product managers, engineers, and business partners
- Accept and integrate feedback from a range of partners, maintaining rationale for your content choices where necessary
