Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in backend software development
- Proficient in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
- Practical knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis
- Familiarity with event-driven systems like Google Pub/Sub or similar messaging platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
- Skilled in deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to work independently in a team-oriented engineering atmosphere
- Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development workflows (AI coding assistants, automation tools, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services utilizing Java and Spring Boot
- Create scalable and robust systems leveraging microservices architecture
- Manage data storage and caching layers with MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis

- Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Deploy and manage services in Google Cloud Platform environments
- Collaborate with front-end engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to provide end-to-end solutions
- Employ modern AI-assisted development tools to expedite development and enhance code quality
- Ensure backend systems maintain high levels of performance, scalability, and reliability
Description
We are looking for Senior Back-End Engineers to join our team on a 9-month contract-to-hire basis. Our mission is to build scalable backend services for a modern platform, and we seek candidates who are modern, AI-enabled engineers that utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and system design. In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications.
