Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, or similar search optimization roles, as well as familiarity with AI search ecosystems, generative search trends, or answer engine optimization strategies
- Background in managing large-scale global brand websites or enterprise-level consumer digital platforms
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including schema, structured data, metadata, and content architecture
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret SEO/AEO/GEO performance metrics, organic traffic patterns, user behavior, and discoverability data to make informed optimization choices
- Proficient in analytics and search performance tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO platforms, or equivalent to assess impact, identify opportunities, and guide ongoing experimentation
- Capability to convert search trends into actionable site and content recommendations
- Experience collaborating across marketing and digital teams
Responsibilities
- Implement AEO/GEO strategies to enhance visibility on search engines and AI answer platforms
- Refine site structure, schema, metadata, entity relationships, and overall content architecture
- Identify areas for enhancing content performance for AI-generated and search-driven discovery
- Collaborate with content and web teams to improve existing pages and create scalable optimization frameworks
- Track rankings, discoverability trends, and performance metrics in rapidly changing search environments
- Conduct competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities for organic growth
- Facilitate experiments surrounding structured content, shifting search behaviors, and answer engine visibility
