Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a computer technician
- Familiarity with Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, and Windows Server (Current to 2008)
- Knowledge of Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, Linux, and MAC systems
- Experience with AI technologies
- Previous experience in an IT support role (2 years preferred)
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment (1 year required)
Responsibilities
- Provide support to a diverse client base
- Resolve various issues related to Windows operating systems and Outlook
- Set up VPN connections and manage Active Directory
- Troubleshoot networking problems and perform computer repairs
- Conduct virus and malware removals
- Execute a range of diagnostic tests to identify required repairs
- Complete necessary repairs in a prompt manner
- Communicate with customers to clarify issues and repair needs
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all work performed
- Maintain thorough documentation of work in progress and completed tasks
- Submit required paperwork to department management in a timely fashion
- Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours support as needed

We are seeking a Tech Guru to become a key member of our Help Desk team at our Spring/Woodlands office. In this full-time position, we offer competitive pay ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, health, life, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
