Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in Infor M3 ERP in a techno-functional, business analyst, or consultant capacity
- Proven expertise in configuring M3 and using tools such as H5, XtendM3, CMS, LCM, IDM, and APIs
- Strong grasp of M3 tables, data structures, batch jobs, and integration principles
- Ability to produce both functional and technical specifications
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with IBM iSeries M3 and/or CloudSuite M3 on AWS is preferred
- Familiar with MuleSoft, MEC, and enterprise integration techniques is advantageous
- Knowledge of connected systems like Manhattan WMS, GTNexus, PLM, POS, or Shopify is preferred
- Background in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, or Consumer Goods industries
- Past experience with ERP upgrades or cloud migrations
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Operations to identify and translate business requirements into optimized M3 solutions
- Assess current workflows to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes
- Document business needs, functional specifications, testing scenarios, and process workflows
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping activities
- Configure and support M3 modules in alignment with our business procedures
- Oversee M3 master data governance, security roles, and functional administration
- Resolve complex functional problems (Level 2/3 support)
- Assist in testing cycles, release management, system upgrades, and patch implementations
- Work together with technical teams utilizing MuleSoft, MEC, APIs, and other integration solutions
- Support interface design and troubleshoot issues across systems including POS, Ecommerce, WMS, PLM, and GTNexus
- Engage with M3 technical components such as tables, batch processes, and data architectures
- Help facilitate data migration and validation for CloudSuite
- Act as a key resource for ERP enhancement projects and the CloudSuite migration
- Involve in project planning and prioritize requirements
- Create and present end-user training materials
- Maintain detailed documentation and support change control protocols
