Technical Product Manager - Technology Focus

- Take ownership of product outcomes for both client and internal projects from initial discovery to final delivery - Manage multiple projects for various clients at the same time - Formulate and articulate the product vision and strategy based on market analysis, customer insights, and business goals - Lead and guide cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development, launch, and lifecycle management - Maintain and prioritize the project backlog, crafting user stories and acceptance criteria, refining requirements with team input - Facilitate standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure the team remains unblocked and performs consistently - Collaborate with designers on user flows and UX decisions to ensure solutions achieve feasibility and align with product objectives - Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, negotiate trade-offs, and adjust project scope as necessary - Oversee product financial management including budgeting, pricing, and revenue projections - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (e.g., user adoption, retention rates, task completion, funnel metrics) to support data-informed decisions - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders, providing status updates, demonstrations, risk assessments, and maintaining positive relationships
