Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in a rapid-paced agency environment
- Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional background
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of bridging gaps between business, design, and development teams
- Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships while handling discussions about budgets, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Strong background in drafting technical scope documents
- Previous experience in executing business solutions
- Solid technical acumen
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Jira, DoneDone, Basecamp
Responsibilities
- Own product results for both client and internal projects from discovery through to delivery
- Manage and oversee multiple projects for various clients concurrently
- Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy based on market analysis, user feedback, and business aims
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development, launch, and lifecycle oversight
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as refining requirements with the team
- Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team remains unblocked and consistently delivers
- Collaborate with designers on user flows and UX decisions to ensure solutions meet product objectives and are feasible
- Work with developers to clarify requirements and adjust the scope as necessary when constraints arise
- Manage product financials, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue projections
- Monitor and report on essential metrics (such as adoption, retention, task completion, and funnel performance) to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders, providing status updates, demos, addressing risks, and maintaining a positive rapport
