Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in data analysis with strong command of SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of database design principles relevant to systems like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices for efficient delivery of analytics projects.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with linked data integration and managing large-scale datasets from various sources.
- Technical proficiency in VBA, Bash (Unix shell scripting), Talend, or similar tools for automation.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication abilities to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets utilizing tools such as SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual representations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to effectively communicate insights.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to provide timely analytical solutions that adhere to project milestones and SDLC best practices.
- Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage database design and maintenance for systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and linked data sources to fulfill ongoing analytics requirements.
- Develop automated reporting solutions employing VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, and other scripting tools to enhance data workflows.
- Support project management tasks by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations.
- Engage in continuous learning of new analytics techniques and tools to maintain our data capabilities at the forefront of the industry.
