Responsibilities
- I will set up and configure new computer systems, software, and networks.
- I will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, repair or replace damaged components, and perform system upgrades.
- I will provide technical support to users for computer-related challenges, whether remotely or on-site.
- I will implement security measures, including antivirus and firewall management, ensuring data protection through timely security updates.
- I will maintain thorough documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- I will manage the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- I will keep an inventory of IT assets.
