Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with sophisticated simulation systems and accreditation processes
- Comprehensive understanding of combat systems documentation and simulation needs
- Proven expertise in evaluating user requirements and converting them into technical specifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance
- US Citizenship required for Secret clearance at this location
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to twist, bend, and squat intermittently
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee simulation accreditation initiatives from beginning to end
- Examine and evaluate combat systems documentation to ensure adherence to accreditation guidelines
- Work with stakeholders to collect and articulate simulation requirements driven by end-user demands
- Formulate and execute strategies for the assessment and enhancement of simulation systems
- Offer expert insights on simulation methods and best practices
- Prepare and deliver reports detailing project progress, findings, and suggestions to senior management and stakeholders
