Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in an engineering, scientific, or technical field OR
- Eight (8) years of relevant professional experience, including at least five (5) years of specialized systems engineering experience in:
- systems requirements management
- systems engineering design
- utilizing systems engineering software tools
- integration engineering
- test and evaluation engineering activities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance.
- US Citizenship is required for Secret clearance at this location.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management of systems requirements and engineering design initiatives.
- Employ systems engineering software tools to facilitate design and integration tasks.
- Execute integration engineering duties and supervise test and evaluation engineering processes.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineering staff.
