Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree is essential, with a Masters degree being favorable.
- Must have expert proficiency in Windchill and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or regulated environments.
- Previous experience at NSWC Crane is highly advantageous.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with colleagues at all levels and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment with the capability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks that involve twisting, bending, and squatting.
- Must currently possess a security clearance at the Secret level, with US Citizenship required for the clearance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Windchill system.
- Manage CAD data and the structure of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Oversee engineering change management processes.
- Develop lifecycle and workflow processes.
- Support Bill of Materials (BOM) management and version control.
- Configure access controls and policies.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
- Provide guidance for system upgrades, integrations, and planning roadmaps.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Description
We are Bowhead, currently looking for a Senior Product Lifecycle Management Analyst for a part-time, on-site role that involves assisting with various phases of a new contract. This position will entail approximately 80 hours of work per month, either at our Bowhead office or the client site. The successful candidate will support ongoing PLM operations, configuration, optimization, quality management platforms, and user support, specifically utilizing Windchill as the PLM tool. While this position is not currently funded, we anticipate it starting as soon as possible in support of phase two of the contract.
