Senior Management Consultant

- I require a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) along with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst. At least three (3) of those years should be specialized in program management, technical, or business analysis. Additionally, within the five (5) years, I need three (3) years of professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices. - Alternatively, an Associate’s degree (AS/AA) with an additional four (4) years of experience may substitute for the BA/BS, or an additional eight (8) years of experience may also be substituted for the BA/BS. - I also look for demonstrated knowledge in the management and operations of Department of Navy Systems Commands, as well as a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or lead role. - Experience with conducting extensive evaluations of existing procedures, processes, communication methods, models, and/or systems concerning management challenges is desirable. - You should possess sufficient experience and knowledge to support senior Navy leadership in facilitating command-wide strategic planning and developing enterprise-level vision documents, managing large organizational executive board meetings, and producing command-wide documentation. - Proficiency in advanced features of Microsoft PowerPoint is necessary, and familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred. Furthermore, I expect proficiency with the standard Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
