Program management analyst

- Oversee the organization and execution of both classified and unclassified meetings, including in-person and video teleconferences (VTC). - Handle scheduling, logistics, documentation management, and visitor access for meetings. - Prepare and maintain portfolio plans, briefings, and regular status reports, collaborating closely with various authors and program sponsors. - Generate and edit content efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. - Maintain several large technical documents, ensuring they are consistently updated. - Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to NSWCCD Code V, including documenting meeting minutes and attendee lists. - Compile and aggregate responses from data calls efficiently. - Coordinate meetings, VIP visits, briefings, and presentation preparations. - Create and edit presentations, brochures, and other documents as needed. - Manage logistics for meetings, including announcements, visitor coordination, room bookings, and calendar management. - Support administrative requests, purchase requests, and responses to data calls. - Collaborate across departments to gather and consolidate necessary information. - Keep policy and procedures documentation up to date.
