Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science is mandatory
- Minimum of five years of experience in systems testing within a weapon systems context
- IV&V experience is essential
- Familiarity with Ada, fire control systems, and weapons systems is advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with various levels of personnel and external stakeholders
- Capability to comprehend, articulate, and respond to instructions effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal abilities and sound judgment with aptitude for independent and team-based work
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Capacity to stand, walk, twist, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Must possess a current security clearance at the Secret level
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews, analyses, and testing of software to ensure correct requirements are defined
- Validate that systems properly implement the necessary functionality and security specifications
- Perform testing on weapon systems inclusive of system and software assessments
- Identify potential vulnerabilities and stress-test software to verify its effectiveness and usability
- Evaluate software, systems, or processes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and user satisfaction
