Requirements
Must:
- Three (3) years of general logistics experience in the procurement and material management of advanced IT systems and components
- High School Diploma is essential; Bachelors degree is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with sound judgment; capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Desired: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Submission of compliance documentation for procurement processes
- Researching and evaluating vendor quotes for IT equipment
- Preparing contract packages for acquisition purposes
- Maintaining records retention, inventory management, asset tracking, and other acquisition tasks
- Providing logistical support for IT projects, including acquisitions and configuration management
- Implementing standard logistic lifecycle support and disposal procedures
