Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in managing customer problems through effective diagnostics and resolutions in cloud environments
- Expertise in acting as a consultant and subject matter expert for engineering and IT stakeholders
- Capability to develop and maintain high-quality software code and automated tests for web applications
- Familiarity with GitLab project management, including version control and CI/CD practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail with both written and verbal communication
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Proficient in JavaScript and code validation to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Preferred knowledge of web technologies including Vue.js, Python Flask, and Java Spring
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes
- Knowledge of IaaS solutions and cloud computing fundamentals
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, and load balancing
- Familiarity with TypeScript, GitLab, and Docker
- Ability to lift 5-15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries by diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions in Azure/AWS environments
- Act as a consultant to internal teams to overcome technical challenges during deployment
- Develop, maintain, and test high-quality software code for web applications integrating data and reporting tools
- Implement automated tests, including unit, functional, performance, and acceptance testing
- Collaborate with various teams to improve processes and enhance customer productivity
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and improve user experience
- Ensure that changes in code are verified to be functional and free of bugs
