Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field
- Familiarity with NMCI policies, procedures, terminology, operations, and Enterprise Processes is preferred
- Strong ability to multi-task and assist others with NMCI-related issues
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills to interact with all levels of staff and external contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment; capable of working independently or collaboratively
- IAT II Certification (Security+) required within six months of employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Utilize NMCI Electronic Tool (NET), ISF Tools, and DADMS for verification processes
- Collaborate with various department application points of contact and management to support DADMS application rationalization and reduction efforts
- Maintain the local Dahlgren Applications database to track applications in use at NSWCDD
- Coordinate with department application POCs to provide mitigation for disapproved applications still needed at NSWCDD
- Document the functionality and business processes supported by specific applications to clarify their necessity at NSWCDD
- Prepare monthly status reports detailing all tasks related to the Statement of Work
