Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience with Epicor P21 (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in the implementation and deployment of ERP systems, preferably in a multi-site context
- Proven track record in a management role or IT responsibility
- Experience in a small to medium-sized business environment
- Experience managing technology vendors
- Technical knowledge in ERP systems and application integrations
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations)
- Experience with IP telephony and communication systems
- Knowledge of IT security and backups
- Understanding of Windows environments and office tools
- Awareness of cybersecurity and operational continuity
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and implementation of Epicor P21 in existing and newly acquired branches
- Ensure integration, configuration, optimization, and support of P21
- Act as the internal expert on Epicor P21 and primary contact for external partners
- Supervise and mentor the IT assistant
- Manage daily IT operations (infrastructure, systems, security, backups, access, etc.)
- Serve as the main contact for IT suppliers (surveillance cameras, telephony, networks, etc.)
- Provide user support and maintain a high service level
- Participate in the continuous improvement of business processes through technology utilization
- Collaborate with management to align IT initiatives with the companys strategic objectives
