Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience with Epicor P21 (essential requirement)
- Experience in implementing and deploying ERP systems, preferably in a multi-site context
- Previous management or IT responsibility experience
- Experience in a SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) environment
- Knowledge of managing technology vendors
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and implementation of Epicor P21 in both existing and newly acquired branches
- Ensure the integration, configuration, optimization, and support of P21
- Serve as the internal expert on Epicor P21 and primary contact with external partners
- Supervise and mentor the IT assistant
- Manage daily IT operations (infrastructure, systems, security, backups, access, etc.)
- Act as the main contact for IT vendors (security cameras, telephony, networks, etc.)
- Provide user support and maintain a high level of service
- Participate in the continual improvement of business processes through technology use
- Collaborate with management to align IT initiatives with the companys strategic goals
