Requirements
Must:
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.

- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, REST, and/or Python.
- Background in Customer Support.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Focused on data security.
- Understanding of ETL processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot tables.
- Experience with system integration and deployment.
- Skills in process automation, scripting, and enhancing efficiencies.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.
- Associates degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or two years of related experience required.
Responsibilities
- Implement, administer, and enhance a low-code system.
- Generate and revise documentation for new products and features as necessary.
- Design and execute queries and reports.
- Create and establish workflow triggers and actions.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines while working within an Agile framework.
- Develop and improve the user interface experience.
- Address support inquiries from clients.
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients as needed.
- Assist in migrating data from other systems.
- Innovate features that will help clients effectively track their data.
- Engage in proactive process improvement, automation, and planning initiatives.
- Facilitate integration between the low-code system and other platforms.
