Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years in the proposed role or a related position
- Proficiency in Dell Boomi
- Experience with Postman
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- Skilled in SQL
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative and creative solutions for Kronos software
- Define product specifications and manage his architectural updates for Kronos
- Monitor progress to ensure all targets and deliverables are met while mitigating risks and addressing issues
- Construct WIM interfaces, Boomi Interfaces, and Google Big Query
- Set up and evaluate all features of the Kronos workflow, including labor levels, pay policy groups, pay codes, exceptions, overtime, shifts, holidays, work rules, and accruals
- Provide consistent updates to management and stakeholders regarding progress through regular communications, reports, and meetings
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Kronos according to internal guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot Kronos to enhance reporting effectiveness and meet company objectives
- Create and address hyper-find queries, genies, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional application developers to maintain compatibility between Kronos and other systems
- Utilize SCRUM methodologies to support the software development lifecycle and manage large-scale technical projects
- May involve travel or telecommuting
