Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology/Science, or a related discipline
- 24 months of experience in the position offered or related roles such as IT Application Analyst Lead, Programmer Analyst, or Web/Database Developer
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming
- Knowledge of Front-end Frameworks (JavaScript, LWC, Aura, HTML)
- Familiarity with Design Patterns (Singleton, Factory)
- Expertise in Data Modelling and Data Management (SQL, SOQL)
- Experience with Integration Frameworks (API, Batch, Rest, SOAP, Platform Events)
- Proficiency in Git and Version Control Systems (SVN, Git, TFS)
- Familiarity with Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
- Experience with Test Automation Frameworks (NUnit, Apex tests)
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural direction for Salesforce solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate technical solutions to guarantee efficiency and scalability
- Develop proofs of concept and design minimal viable products (MVPs)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation
- Translate business needs into Salesforce functionalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise implementation strategies
- Act as a digital advisor and perform root cause analysis
- Serve as an intermediary between product owners and developers
- Collect and structure user and system requirements
- Oversee project delivery ensuring successful technology solutions
- Willingness to travel or telecommute as necessary
