Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or system controls & engineering; a Masters degree is a plus
- Over 4 years of experience in technology consulting or software engineering, including at least 1 year in IT or Business architecture
- Extensive technical knowledge and proficiency in creative problem-solving
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to senior leaders
- In-depth expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud technologies and optimization strategies
- Integration methodologies and design patterns
- Structured and unstructured databases
- Data platform architecture and analytics
- Application modernization and programming approaches
- Mainframe architecture and process automation tools
- Agile mindset and ability to navigate challenges
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT and their applications
Responsibilities
- Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise to drive innovative solutions in complex environments
- Navigate and address ambiguity in project requirements and implementation
- Act as a change agent to align and onboard teams with new procedures and toolsets
- Advocate for agile methodologies to overcome challenging obstacles
- Envision and design next-generation technology solutions leveraging IT architecture
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IT Architecture in practical applications
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to develop technology-business integrated solutions
- Design solution and application architectures while developing technical concepts
- Conduct technology assessments and optimize IT application landscapes
- Support IT departments during mergers and acquisitions through transformation
- Design work packages for IT projects and assess implementation quality
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences and mentor team members
- Drive innovation and contribute to business development through proposal writing
