Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or data-centric roles, with practical experience using essential analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel) for advanced solutions.
- A bachelors degree from an accredited institution (a masters degree is desirable).
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and creating analytic or AI-driven workflows. Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
- A keen interest and practical experience with contemporary AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, or workflow orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, etc., is a plus but not mandatory.
- Capacity to articulate intricate business challenges, specifically within procurement and supply chain, into scalable analytics, automation, or AI-powered solutions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with creativity, practicality, and the skill to design solutions that integrate technical innovation with real-world applicability.
- A consulting-oriented attitude characterized by independence, structured reasoning, effective communication of insights, and the confidence to influence clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mentality with a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and collaboration with Inverto teams; travel frequency will depend on client requirements and project specifics.
- A genuine entrepreneurial spirit that flourishes in team settings.
Responsibilities
- Driving digital and AI initiatives by leading client-facing workstreams and modules that place clients at the forefront of innovation.
- Providing data-driven project assistance by integrating data, digital solutions, and AI techniques into real client projects, delivering analyses, insights, and prototypes that generate measurable value in procurement and supply chain management.
- Developing meaningful analytics; transforming raw data into organized insights and creating user-friendly dashboards and reports to make information usable for project teams and clients.
- Implementing smart automation by utilizing advanced technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Python, and GenAI to optimize processes, from automating data extraction to developing forecasting models and testing AI-enabled solutions to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Continuously searching for ways to leverage new technologies like LLMs, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to address procurement and supply chain challenges, sharing insights with colleagues and fostering the growth of our digital, data & AI community at Inverto.
