Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting or management
- Bachelors degree in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or a similar field
- Proven experience in developing cybersecurity strategies or policies
- Proficiency in quantifying and managing cybersecurity risks
- Expertise in designing, transforming, and implementing cybersecurity programs
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessment in AI platforms
- Experience in integrating security within applications and systems
- Skills in implementing cloud security solutions
- Ability to manage cybersecurity risks from third parties and the supply chain
- Experience with identity and access management
- Strong capabilities in fostering a cybersecurity culture through training and awareness programs
- Familiarity with continuous monitoring programs utilizing SIEM tools
- Experience in designing and executing vulnerability management and penetration testing programs
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies across the organizational lifecycle
- Working knowledge of multiple cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO/IEC standards
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a persuasive and confident demeanor
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and their application in cybersecurity
- Willingness to travel globally for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of an individual cybersecurity module within client engagements
- Develop specialized knowledge to address client challenges
- Analyze and apply consulting skills to cybersecurity and digital risk issues
- Communicate complex technical information clearly in business-centric language
- Lead cybersecurity transformation initiatives and cultural change projects
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments, including gap analysis and roadmap development
- Create tailored cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures
- Engage with leadership teams, including facilitating cybersecurity awareness sessions
- Implement product security and DevSecOps practices in software development processes
- Utilize cyber risk quantification for informed executive decision-making
- Design and conduct tabletop exercises to simulate cybersecurity incidents
- Provide operational resilience support through incident response and business continuity planning.
