Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or systems engineering. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in technology consulting or software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on architecture.
- Solid foundation in software architecture and distributed systems design.
- Demonstrable experience in designing or scaling AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Knowledgeable about contemporary AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Strands, and Semantic Kernel.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI capabilities and tools, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG, memory modules, and governance practices.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, data management, and API-based integrations, specifically with AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities
- Design and define system architectures for AI and LLM-focused solutions that ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Create Agentic AI solutions to enhance business workflow automation through advanced techniques.
- Develop architectural blueprints and governance standards for model versioning and responsible AI practices.
- Prototype minimal viable products or proof-of-concepts to validate model architectures and agentic flows.
- Monitor system performance and governance as prototypes transition into production, employing specialized tools for oversight.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences through compelling presentations and narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior members and promoting a positive team environment.
- Stay abreast of innovations in distributed AI systems and contribute to thought leadership in the field.
