I am looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus). You should have 10 years of experience in technology consulting or software engineering, with more than 5 years focusing on architecture disciplines. A strong foundation in software architecture and distributed system design is essential. Experience in designing or scaling AI/ML or LLM-based applications is also required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, TypeScript, or Node.js is necessary. Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Google ADK) is a plus, along with an understanding of cloud architecture and API-based system integration across platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
I value outstanding creativity, autonomy, and analytical skills, especially in a fast-paced problem-solving environment. You should be able to explain complex technology concepts to senior executives effectively. Experience with multi-agent systems, MLOps pipelines, or knowledge graph integration is advantageous. Additionally, experience managing large, complex projects and a willingness to travel for client engagements is essential.

Responsibilities
In this role, youll design, guide, and evolve the architecture of next-generation intelligent agentic systems, bridging high-level design with hands-on AI engineering. You will define scalable architectures for AI-driven applications and enable the seamless integration of large language models (LLMs), data pipelines, and enterprise systems.
Your duties will include establishing architectural blueprints and design principles for responsible AI solutions, developing minimal viable prototypes, and evaluating emerging AI frameworks for suitability. You will oversee system performance and governance during transitions from prototype to production, optimize application development processes, and craft compelling narratives about the reimagination of businesses, translating complex ideas for various audiences.
You’ll also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and facilitating collaborative working sessions with both clients and internal teams, providing technical direction and feedback on architectural patterns and best practices.
