- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree; OR
- An Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR
- A high school diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting Epic Cadence and/or Referrals in an operational or IT role, including template management or basic build tasks.
- Certification:
- Epic certification in Cadence and/or Referrals (or the ability to obtain within the designated timeframe).

Responsibilities
- I will support operational areas with a foundational understanding of the Epic Cadence and/or Referrals applications.
- I will assist in resolving routine issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members as necessary.
- I will outline basic requirements for system builds and identify considerations necessary to complete tasks.
- I will participate in triage by reviewing incoming requests and performing first-level analysis.
- I will recognize when requests should transition into project-based work.
- I will carry out basic configuration tasks following departmental guidelines, including updates to rules, visit types, and templates.
- I will document key decisions, update business rules, and help create user documentation.
- I will conduct unit testing on assigned build tasks and collaborate with team members on quality assurance efforts.
- I will support integrations that impact the Epic application and research relevant system functionalities.
- I will participate in system upgrades by reviewing release notes and aiding in the creation and execution of test scripts.
- I will maintain open and consistent communication with end users regarding application issues and updates.
- I will gather feedback from super-users and assist in delivering training as needed.

Description
As an Epic Analyst I, I serve as a valued member of our team, providing support for the Epic Cadence and/or Referrals application. My role requires a solid understanding of operational workflows and their interactions with Epic systems. I assist with fundamental configuration tasks, troubleshoot issues, perform ticket analysis, and engage in ongoing system maintenance under the guidance of senior analysts.
