Requirements

Must:
- 3+ years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control roles - Proven expertise in quality management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, or similar - Strong skills in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes - Experience with auditing procedures and compliance documentation - Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen - Proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical software to evaluate quality metrics - Familiarity with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and risk management frameworks - Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES) - Excellent technical writing abilities for creating clear and comprehensive documentation - Strong organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives at once - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization - Preferred: Certification in quality management (ASQ CQE, CQA, or equivalent) - Preferred: Certification as ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor) - Preferred: Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement quality management systems that comply with applicable industry standards - Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate adherence to established quality procedures and regulations - Analyze quality data and metrics to detect trends, identify root causes, and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement - Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to rectify quality issues and prevent future occurrences - Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and process diagrams - Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments to proactively manage quality risks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process improvements and boost operational efficiency - Provide training and support to employees regarding quality procedures, standards, and best practices - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with quality metrics and system effectiveness - Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance - Assist in management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the overall quality system performance
