Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree obtained within the last two years in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
- At least one completed internship, co-op, or six months of relevant full-time work experience related to your field of study
- Geographically mobile and willing to relocate multiple times within the U.S. and possibly complete an international assignment
- Strong communication skills and capability to convey complex topics clearly
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and a desire to collaborate effectively
Responsibilities
- Define specifications for control systems programming, including PLC, HMI, safety systems, and industrial communications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC, Robotics interfaces, and vision system programming, modifying as necessary
- Identify programming issues and bugs while communicating effectively with controls engineers
- Document developed software including manuals, I/O lists, and functional descriptions
- Collaborate with maintenance, management, and engineering teams to develop optimal solutions for process control challenges
- Exhibit a willingness and ability to learn new technologies and processes
- Provide feedback to engineering on issues to avoid future complications
