Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline - 15-20 years of leadership experience in sales within IT and Engineering Services - Proven success in selling and scaling IT services, including ERP, application development, cloud solutions, Industry 4.0, and engineering outsourcing - Demonstrated ability to close large and complex deals in the US market - Extensive network within the MedTech, Manufacturing, Utilities, Automotive, CPG, and Energy sectors - Experience with hyperscalers, system integrators, and analyst ecosystems - Capable of operating strategically while also executing hands-on - Masters degree (MBA or relevant technical masters) preferred - Strategic, outcome-focused leader with the capacity to drive business through industry connections - Comfortable in dynamic, build-from-scratch environments - Excellent storytelling ability to align sales, delivery, and partnerships under a unified go-to-market vision - Metrics-driven, commercially astute, and focused on execution

Responsibilities

- Propel new business acquisition for IT and Engineering Services in the US, concentrating on large, strategic contracts - Secure significant deals that generate visible revenue impact within the first 6-9 months - Own and implement the regional sales and go-to-market strategy for North America - Champion value-stream selling to shift from transactional approaches to outcome-focused engagements - Develop and communicate a clear and compelling value proposition for clients, partners, and analysts - Scale revenue from the current $20M to $50M in a two-year timeframe - Drive acquisition of new customers while expanding existing accounts, including key healthcare clients - Actively partner with strategic allies, such as hyperscalers and technology partners, to cultivate new opportunities in line with Boschs global partnership management strategy - Collaborate with consulting firms, deal advisors, and industry analysts to enhance market positioning - Work closely with the existing partnerships team to boost pipeline and revenue - Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, currently composed of 5 sales professionals across various US locations - Build a dedicated onsite pre-sales team to enhance domain focus and service line offerings - Position Bosch SDS in the US market as a significant entity in the digital and AI sector - Foster a company culture that merges hunter and farmer sales skills for new logo acquisition and account expansion - Partner with BGSW, India, and internal teams to develop region-specific presales and solution capabilities
