Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience with wireless LAN controllers
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 3+ years of experience with tactical networks
- Proficiency in engineering, designing, developing, installing, configuring, testing, and implementing Aruba and Cisco wireless network solutions, including Aruba 8.x, ClearPass, and Airwave
- Capability to capture and analyze technical requirements, while documenting detailed system designs, implementation plans, and operation guides for network systems
- Experience in developing comprehensive documentation, comprising engineering studies, technical solutions, installation plans, and as-built drawing packages
- Skills in analyzing WIDS and relevant logs to recommend actionable strategies
- Experience installing and supporting large-scale wireless networks, including hardware upgrades, infrastructure updates, IOS components, and conducting wireless and site surveys using Ekahau and AirMagnet
- Must possess a Secret clearance
- High school diploma or GED

- Serve as a Wireless Engineer to support the Department of Defense (DoD) customer mission by integrating and testing new technological solutions within mission systems
- Design and develop advanced systems to meet the operational needs of our customers
- Adapt and evolve existing systems in line with innovative technology solutions
- Expand skill sets into areas such as new system development and technology evaluations
- Collaborate with a team to create impactful mission solutions for national security
- Merge technical expertise with emerging technologies to deliver critical products and services
