Requirements
Must:
- Experience creating high-quality front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS or SCSS, and frameworks like Vue, React, Angular, or Next
- Understanding of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices in secure government settings
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects across various locations while delivering high-quality results
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience in a professional context, or over 8 years in lieu of a degree
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and government leaders to comprehend mission objectives and user needs
- Design and deliver extensive digital experiences that balance intuitiveness with visual appeal
- Engage in the entire digital lifecycle, including user research, interface design, accessibility compliance, rapid prototyping, and front-end development
- Combine UX principles with strong engineering practices to ensure solutions are user-centered, compliant, and aligned with national security goals
- Support clients in fulfilling their mission by providing accessible and secure applications for government teams
