Requirements
Must:
- Experience in developing high-quality front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and a JavaScript framework (Vue, React, Angular, or Next)
- Understanding of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices within secure government environments
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Capability to work independently on multiple projects across various locations while managing expectations and delivering polished, high-quality outcomes
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of professional experience, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and government leadership to understand mission goals and user needs
- Participate in an agile team to design and deliver large-scale digital experiences that are both user-friendly and visually appealing
- Engage across the entire digital lifecycle, including user research, interface design, accessibility compliance, rapid prototyping, and front-end development
- Integrate UX thinking with robust engineering practices to ensure solutions are user-centered, compliant, and aligned with national security objectives
- Assist clients in fulfilling their mission by supporting national security and providing government teams with accessible, secure applications
