Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with systems engineering principles, acquisition processes, and sustainability strategies - More than 5 years of experience supporting DoD or government Test and Evaluation (T&E) initiatives, including preparation of Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) - Familiarity with DoD acquisition methodologies and systems engineering techniques - Proficient in developing and reviewing intricate technical documentation and plans - Active Secret clearance - High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

- Deliver testing expertise and systems engineering assistance throughout all program phases - Connect the needs of warfighters with acquisition strategies to ensure operability and uphold enterprise-level initiatives - Drive collaborative efforts linking capability requirements to material solutions - Conduct comprehensive research on program information and supply insights into systems engineering - Perform analyses and create presentations as required - Engage with development planning, technology sectors, intelligence, acquisition, sustainment, and user groups - Generate and assess technical documents, including TEMPs, SEPs, test plans, Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), and milestone documents - Identify and evaluate future capability solutions and aid in capability integration planning
