Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in systems engineering or integration for DoD ground combat systems
- At least 5 years of experience coordinating and tracking engineering activities for C4ISR or EW hardware/software with material developers and test organizations on vehicles or boats
- Proven experience integrating C4ISR equipment to satisfy common requirements across various platforms and commercial products under tight deadlines
- Skilled in developing Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), monitoring schedules, and reporting on progress and challenges
- Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and advising on program risks, challenges, and opportunities while managing mitigation plans
- Highly motivated with a proactive work ethic, contributing positively to the DoD mission
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team, with the initiative to independently tackle complex tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Booz Allen colleagues and Marine Corps support organizations to devise and implement next-generation combat system capabilities
- Play a vital role in the requirements systems engineering team assisting with Marine Corps modernization initiatives to fulfill Fleet needs
- Provide direct support for combat development and integration efforts alongside material developers and testing entities
- Utilize your expertise and innovative mindset to ensure that capabilities are delivered effectively to confront emerging threats
