Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in systems engineering specific to national security space initiatives
- More than 3 years of experience in systems integration or software deployment for large-scale platform architectures
- Proficient in conducting system configuration reviews, audits, or software deployment procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong ability to communicate and build collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC), and contractor partners to meet program objectives
- Highly motivated with a dynamic work ethic and a strong commitment to supporting the DoD mission
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and the U.S. Space Force to facilitate transition and delivery of extensive platform architectures in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Engage in mission-critical integration and testing operations
- Apply deep knowledge of contemporary software release and deployment ecosystems and DevSecOps methodologies
- Develop and implement configuration management strategies
- Conduct technical evaluations of software deployment processes
- Participate in integration working groups
- Offer systems engineering expertise to the program office
